Leadership coaching with me is grounded in the Leadership Mandala — a framework that begins with The Self and expands outward through Leadership Expression, Team Alignment and Integration. It’s the same framework that underpins my executive work, because the inner work of leadership is the same at every level. We begin at the centre, with the PRINT® psychometric tool, and build outward from there.
