My executive coaching is built on the Leadership Mandala — a framework that begins with The Self and expands outward through Leadership Expression, Team Alignment and Integration. The coaching process I use to move you through it is the Courageous Alignment Method: Clarity, Confrontation, Alignment.
I bring a background in corporate HR at Chevron, Woodside and KPMG, combined with years of coaching practice and deep psychometric expertise. I understand the environments my clients operate in — and I know how to create a space where the real work can happen.
