Simone’s Story
A career built on courage
Simone’s career began in the world of large corporates — KPMG, Woodside Energy and Chevron — where she spent over a decade working in Human Resources, building a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, leadership and what it truly takes to build high-performing teams. She knows firsthand how complex and demanding it is to lead inside big organisations.
Eight years ago, she made the leap into entrepreneurship and built her own business, running Mandala Painting workshops, Reiki sessions, journaling workshops and meditation circles. For several years, Simone worked in both her business and HR, learning what it really means to juggle multiple hats and back yourself through uncertainty. In April 2022, she stepped back to part-time at Chevron to give her business more room to grow, and by April 2023, took the full leap and left to focus on her practice and passions entirely.
In September 2024, she co-founded Reimagine Consulting — a business strategy and leadership consultancy — which marked a significant evolution in the depth and scope of her work. In March 2026, she made the decision to step out of that partnership and return to working independently, bringing everything she learned into a practice that is wholly her own.
The corporate years, the entrepreneurial risks, the pivots and the partnerships means she understands deeply what it is to make hard decisions, lead through change and keep going when the path isn’t clear. Embodying everything she coaches and teaches.
