It was always about the journey
My story isn’t a straight line and I’ve come to realise that’s exactly the point. Like a mandala, it began at the centre and expanded outward, each chapter revealing a deeper pattern of purpose.

My career began in the world of large corporates, with over a decade of building deep expertise in HR, people strategy, diversity and organisational culture. As I navigated the demands of motherhood and ambition, I felt the disconnect many leaders experience, becoming wobbly around my purpose and what felt aligned. Something completely out of my comfort zone – a mandala painting workshop – cracked me wide open. It unlocked a chain of creative synchronicities, helping me process the big things (i.e. life with a 2yo and newborn twins) and reconnecting me to my purpose.

In 2018, I started my first business running mandala painting workshops, Reiki sessions, journaling workshops and monthly meditation circles. For years I held both worlds, building my own business while working in corporate HR, learning how to juggle multiple hats and back myself to show up authentically. In 2021, I formalised my coaching qualifications, expanding my services. I stepped back to part-time at Chevron in 2022 to create more space for my business, and by April 2023 I took the full leap.

When I stepped back from what I’d been creating, the dots all joined and the purpose became really clear— helping leaders reconnect with themselves. With a newfound confidence, my love of coaching and the right business partner, I co-founded Reimagine Consulting, building a container for deeper leadership work.
Integration — The Circle Is Complete

In March 2026, I made the decision to step out of my business partnership and return to working under my own name, wholly and completely. This chapter feels like completing my mandala: a living map of depth, experience and clarity, reflecting the way I guide others back to their own centre.

I’m often described as bold, courageous and full of heart. I bring compassion, presence and a healthy dose of humour to every session. BEYOND THE WORK
The whole Simone
In my humble opinion, the best coaching comes from a coach who is doing their own work. I believe this deeply and I live it. My personal practices — Reiki, meditation, journaling, creating — aren’t separate from my professional life, they are the foundation of it. They’re how I stay grounded and genuinely present for every client I work with and how I juggle business life and family of 5 life.
I am a mum of 3 (twins in the mix), an adventurer and someone who notices daily synchronicities and pays attention to what they’re saying. I follow what feels alive and in alignment in both my business and my life and I encourage my clients to do the same.
I also believe that sometimes the most profound realisations don’t just happen through words, they can happen through paint, specifically in a circle on a page, which is why I also run Mandala Painting workshops.
